in two ways:

foreign company wishing to apply for type approval must have a local

Every set of type approved equipment
needs labeling (marking)
Note: The label has to be affixed on
equipment, Marketing material, user manual, brochures etc.
9. Which equipment is exempted
from type approval?
Blue tooth products
operating in the frequency band of 2.4 GHz with transmission power of Max 10 mW.
10. If the applicant would like to
change the model or brand name of the equipment, what is the process of this
matter?
As for the changing of Brand and Model
name of the equipment which has been type approved, the applicant has to
re-submit the whole application. The manufacturer need to confirm that the new
brand and model name has the same specification of the one submitted and
approved earlier. A new certificate will be issue.

Mark for products?
After successful testing and
certification of the product. Please refer to our Marketing Contact for details.
12. How long can I use the LABEL
Mark?
The Label Mark has an unlimited
validity, provided the product or the basic testing standards do not change. And
the manufacturing facility maintains producing the same approved software and
hardware.
