UAELAB carries out the compatibility testing scenarios with all Etisalat’s Serving Exchanges. Approved Products evaluation process consists of Analogue TBR21 & TBR38 testing, in addition to ISDN-BRI or ISDN-PRI testing for TBR3 & TBR4 standards. This testing is for Systems of up to One Hundred (100) Ports. If above 100 ports, please refer to Hybrid System Section

Equipment Used for testing

• Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope: To measure the signal readings of Analogue & ISDN CPE under testing

• Fluke 45 dual Display Digital Multi-meter: To measure the Voltage, Current, & dB readings of Analogue & ISDN CPE under testing

• Rochelle 3500 series Caller ID Telephone Production Tester: To measure the Voltage, Current, & dB readings of Analogue & ISDN CPE under testing

• Feed Bridge: for TBR21 & TBR38 conformance testing

• Ring Test Generator: to measure the voltage & ringing frequency of the CPE under testing

• Artificial Transmission Line: to measure maximum distance can the CPE reaches with efficient operation.

• Cobra Consultronics: For ISDN TBR3 & TBR4 standards (PRI & BRI) layer 2 & 3 analysis messages and load testing

• Sunset ISDN tester: For ISDN TBR3 & TBR4 standards (PRI & BRI) layer 2 & 3 analysis messages

• Clare Earth Bonding: To check the tidiness of the earth circuit in Class I CPE (Like PABX, KTS, Videoconference, Etc)

• Clare Earth leakage: To measure the current leakage of Class I Telecom products

• Hioki 3154 Digital M-ohm HiTester: Power insulation testing

• AC/DC Flash Tester: The high-tension isolation between ground & Power lines and Power & Network Termination Point

• Regavolt: To measure the working voltage range of the CPE under testing
